AIP's SPIN (Searchable Physics Information Notices) database includes bibliographic records and abstracts for more than 1.5 million articles from major physical science journals, magazines, and conference proceedings published by the American Institute of Physics, its member societies, and other affiliated organizations. Note that there is subscription fee to use SPIN

Scitation is the re-launch of the Online Journal Publishing Service (OJPS), a leader in online sci-tech publishing and journal hosting since 1996. Scitation search is free, but user registration is needed.

Scirus is the most comprehensive science-specific search engine on the Internet. Driven by the latest search engine technology, Scirus searches over 250 million science-specific Web pages. SCIRUS search is free and no user registraton is needed.
Physical Review Online Archive Search (PROLA)
Search all the articles in journals published by American Physical Society, such as Phys Rev. The search is free and no user registration is needed
